Notes for ordering

[About securing stock]

When you select the "Pay now" button on the final screen of the order process, your order will be confirmed and the stock will be reserved.

Stock is not reserved when you add an item to your shopping cart.

Please note that even if you add an item to your shopping cart, it may be sold out by the time you select the "Confirm order with this content" button.

In cases where multiple customers purchase at the same time, the inventory may not be updated in time and the item you ordered may be out of stock.

In such cases, we will contact you by email and cancel your reservation, so please be aware of this in advance.

[About checking your order receipt email]

If your order is successfully completed, we will send an order confirmation email to the email address you registered.

Please check that there are no errors in the content.

If you are a member, you can check the status of your order from the order history on your My Page.

The order statuses are explained below:

"Order confirmation in progress": The order is being confirmed to see if it can be accepted. If an error occurs after that, the order will be invalidated and deleted from your purchase history (you will be notified by email).
"Shipping in progress": The item is being prepared for shipping. Please wait a while until it is delivered to you.
"Shipped": Shipping arrangements have been completed. For shipping status, please contact the shipping company using the inquiry number listed in your purchase history.
"Cancelled": The state of an order that has been canceled. An order becomes "canceled" when there is no payment for a certain period of time in the case of convenience store payment, or when you are faced with a situation that makes it difficult to continue with the order.


[About purchases that appear to be for the purpose of resale]

To allow more customers to enjoy shopping, please refrain from purchasing in bulk for the purpose of reselling.

Please note that we may cancel we may cancel any orders that we determine fall into this category.

About changing or canceling your order after it has been completed

As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations of orders due to customer convenience.


Email reception settings

The Sylvanian Families Online Shop will send emails to registered members and those who have placed orders at the following times.

An example of a scheduled email

・Order procedure: When the procedure is completed

・Withdrawal: When withdrawal is complete

If you do not receive the above email, please check if the email address you registered when placing your order is incorrect.

If your device has an automatic spam detection function, it may be treating the email as spam.
