Q1. I would like to return an item I purchased from the Sylvanian Families Online Shop.
A. We do not accept returns unless there is a defect in the product.
Q2.How can I return an item if there is a problem with it?
A. First, please contact Customer Service Center.
Our Customer Service Center will provide you with instructions on how to replace the product.In addition, we only offer replacement of parts; we do not offer replacement of entire packages.
Q3. If there is a problem with the product, until when can I exchange it?
A. If the product is defective or if the product you received is different from the one you ordered, it can only be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the product.
